No, we provide laundry bags when we come for collection.
Do I have to separate colours and wash?
Yes, please separate the ones you want washed together. Don't worry, we double-check, but we still believe you should separate them.

How long does it take?
We try and get the clothes back to you in 24-48 hours for regular clothes. Larger items such as bedding can take up to 72 hours.
